• Cancellations are allowed and accepted for books or hard copies only. Cancellations to books are refundable, only a small fee of $30 is deducted and used for processing the request.
• In case you are not able to participate in a webinar that you registered for, please let us know as early as you possibly can.

Our refund policy is confined to books. There is no refund policy for ebooks or digital books. If the books you have received are destroyed, tattered or the pages are missing at the time of delivery and the mistake is from our end, you will get 100% refund. You require to drop in an email at cs@hcbookstore.com for the complaint. We will look into the matter and refund your amount. However if the books delivered are destroyed, disrupted or torned from your end, no refund requests will be accepted.
